How to use hot and cold compresses
Cold compress.
Fill the bag with one-third of water + one-third of ice, or directly fill the bag with two-thirds of the total capacity of ice water, exclude the air in the bag, tighten the lid and apply to the desired area (recommended length of ice compress 15-20 minutes, not too long to avoid frostbite) After use, please place the bag in a ventilated and dry place, make sure the moisture in the bag is dry and then tighten the lid to save it.

Hot compress.
Fill the bag with warm water below 50°C (boiling water is not allowed), do not exceed two-thirds of the total volume of the bag, then remove the air from the bag and place it flat on the area to be heated. After use, please place the bag in a ventilated and dry place, make sure the moisture inside the bag is dry and then tighten the lid to save it.
Note: Water vapor in the air will condense into water droplets when it meets something cold, which is a physical normal phenomenon.
