NOT what I ordered but received A seller response
I bought this cow ottoman specifically because all pictures on the product page showed a cow WITHOUT EYES (exactly what I wanted). Unfortunately when I opened the box upon delivery, I was EXTREMELY bummed to see a cow ottoman sporting a pair of eyes. Product details/pics need to be updated to show that this ottoman HAS EYES. Despite my disappointment with the product, I have to give this seller a major hand for stepping up and remedying the problem within 24 hours. After contacting the seller, they responded within a few hours, immediately issuing a refund. Considering resolving a dispute with a third party vendor is usually an extended headache, I feel compelled to give this seller 5 stars simply for the customer service. TL;DR: This cow ottoman HAS EYES despite all pics showing a model without eyes, however the seller immediately remedied the issue within 24 hours and without hassle.
