River Rice Medium Grain, Enriched White Rice, 2 lb Bag

My Mom used River Rice as long as I can remember . I tries many other brands over the years and I come back to River Rice, with over 40 yrs of cooking behind me its the one rice I can count on to come out right everytime its old fashonied rice not like boil in a bag what i call fake rice , this is like what chinese places sell with their meals. I cook it at least 20 mins with a lid on stirring every couple mins, its a no brainer. Great taste great texture a lil sticky like rice should be instead of single lil pellets . Its a great choice try it !

My mother has been using River Rice for over 50 years......she is 75. I was raised eating this wonderful product. We are full blooded Italian and this rice is used in many Italian dishes. Risotto (Rissot) is probably my favorite dish. It is a Northern Italian dish. It is american grown.
