Cooking Instructions: Cook Time: 3 minutes Makes 1 serving Stove Top: 1. BRING 1 cup water to boil in small saucepan on medium-high heat. 2. ADD rice noodles, powder seasoning and oil seasoning. Cook 1 minute, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. 3. LET stand 2 minutes or until noodles are tender. Stir before serving. Microwave: Place rice noodles, powder seasoning and oil seasoning in microwavable bowl. Add 1 cup water. Microwave on high 3 minutes or until water is hot. Stir well. Let stand 2 minutes or until noodles are tender.Microwave ovens vary; cooking times may need to be adjusted.

Great base for noodle bowl dinners!
We love these, and the price is very good! We looked a long time for something like this are are so happy to have found it. We use 2 soup packs and add frozen veggies to it; sometimes just peas, other times different types of mixed veggies. We also usually add some form of vegetarian "meat", like "beef" strips. It makes a warm and cozy bowl of comfort food. It does make the flavor of the soup milder, and I often think I will add one of the sauces we have on hand to bump it up, but when I taste the gentle flavor of the first bite, it is good as is, so that doesn't happen. :-) This will remain a staple in our kitchen.

Thai Kitchen Spring Onion Rice Noodle Soup
Quick, easy and good onion flavor (though not a lot of flavor). So I add just a touch of Soy sauce and/or hot pepper oil. Fresh onion, peppers, vegies, beef or chicken and you've got a full meal. Great for a light lunch or snack between meals. Use the noodles in place of rice or add to leftovers to freshen them up.
