Cooking Instructions: Cook Time: 3 minutes Makes 1 serving Stove Top:  1. BRING 1 cup water to boil in small saucepan on medium-high heat. 2. ADD rice noodles, powder seasoning and oil seasoning. Cook 1 minute, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. 3. LET stand 2 minutes or until noodles are tender. Stir before serving. Microwave: Place rice noodles, powder seasoning and oil seasoning in microwavable bowl. Add 1 cup water. Microwave on HIGH 3 minutes or until water is hot. Stir well. Let stand 2 minutes or until noodles are tender. Microwave ovens vary; cooking times may need to be adjusted.

This ia a great soup to use as a base, just and meats and vegies! Sometimes hard to find in grocery stores so was pleased to get. Lot more expensive than in the store or in Amszon! Suprised!

Great gluten free alternative.
Not too spicy with slight lemon flavor. Noodles remind me of traditional type of instant ramen that I can no longer have. One of my favorite flavors. Spring onion is good but almost too spicy so I love this one. Wish the store had more in stock.
