Good for Women with Acne
I'm not a teen but I take these anyways. I have severe acne and I decided to give these a try because they have the same ingredients as womens vitamins. I've been using these for 2 weeks and my acne has cleared up a lot. These vitamins smell and taste like cupcake, which is a plus. Before this purchase I'd been taking Equate vitamins and they made me sick and I had to quit taking them but I don't have that problem with One a Day Teen.

Great Product!
I am a very busy college student who doesn't get much sleep because of my major! This vitamin helps with energy and gets me all the vitamins and minerals I need! I have an iron deficiency and it seems to help with that, as well! One thing I noticed that I have never had with any other multi-vitamin, is that it smells and tastes good! That is a big deal for me when it comes to lingering after-tastes, but this product does not have one! I have recommended this product to several friends who seem to love it, too!
