Good for Women with Acne

I'm not a teen but I take these anyways. I have severe acne and I decided to give these a try because they have the same ingredients as womens vitamins. I've been using these for 2 weeks and my acne has cleared up a lot. These vitamins smell and taste like cupcake, which is a plus. Before this purchase I'd been taking Equate vitamins and they made me sick and I had to quit taking them but I don't have that problem with One a Day Teen.

Good Job One-a-Day

I've been using this product for nearly two months. The vanilla sent is tolerable, you don't taste it when you take the pills. The pills themselves are pretty flavorless to me, and they were easy to swallow. They are fairly big, about the diameter of a penny if you laid on of them on top of a coin. As for the results, I started taking them because being in college, I knew I wasn't getting all of my vitamins and minerals everyday (especially important as I'm studying nutrition!#. Over time, I have notice a change in my energy #for the better), my nails are stronger, and my combonation skin has balanced out. They have worked out pretty well for me. I would definitely recommend! My only issue with this product is the price. I suppose because it's geared toward teens, they charge more for it...I think $10 was a bit pricey.
