With my bad lower back (bulging disks), I decided to take the plunge with a kneeling back chair. I didn't want to invest too much so I decided on the least expensive one Walmart had to offer. I am of normal build so I fit okay sitting in this chair. I knew the "screw" adjustment would be a drawback, but once I have it where I wanted it, I've left the setting alone. I have not spent hours on it as some have, but it does seem to take pressure off of my lower back.

Good for the back and abs!

So far, so good. the order arrived about a day ahead of time and once I got it home, the chair was simple to assemble. Since my posture has been so poor for so long, I'm not able to use this ergonomically correct chair for more than about an hour or so before my back begins to hurt. It sounds strange, but it's easier to slump/slouch than it is to sit correctly. I'm enjoying the chair, though and would recommend it to anyone in need of this type of posture correction.
