This watch has a great band that's comfortable and smart looking! The dial says it all , very nice appearance, you won't forget the day, date,or time of day. I can not stand those metal flex bands nor the strap band with hook n' hold feature . this velcro strap is very easy to hold the watch in place and not pinch your skin. Lastly, if your wrist is 7" or big guy size 9" ,you can adjust the band easy to comfort fit your wrist.
