My sister and I have had the opportunity to traveled to NYC for the first time and have always wanted some updated hard side luggage. This really was the answer. We had enough room in the larger bag for a very long weekend trip for the two of us. With the zipper side we were able to each pack our own side and not have to worry about who packed what on which side. It held up well with plane transfers, we found a few scratches when we got home but nothing to alarming. Love the set so much we are thinking about ordering another set just so we can have the two big suitcases!!
