What a great value

What a great value and a nice, safe lower potency of Vitamin D! Vitamin D can help with the immune system but I don't want to take thousands of IU per day. Well, thanks to Swanson we have that option! While all the other brands are massive amounts, here we have a more realistic 400IU of Vitamin D. My favorite, long with Cod Liver Oil for Vit D supplementation.

Sunshine in a Bottle

Ever since I found out about the importance of vitamin D for good health, I have been taking this vitamin for protection, especially during the long winter months where I live. I find it keeps me strong and healthy. It's like abundant , effective, and inexpensive sunshine in a bottle.
