I have read many books written by mediums, including this author. He took a different approach to tell what the spirits are teaching us about how to live our lives here on earth. He writes about some of his readings with his clients and applies the reading to a vice or situation experienced by the living. One such example is how regret affects our lives. I am not saying I agree with everything this author writes but I enjoy reading different prespectives from different mediums...this one included. If you ever doubt a life after this one, this book will change your outlook. He makes it clear that our deceased loved ones are still alive on the other side and watching out for us.
