Good quality/ poor packing for shipping

The item is better than what I expected. It is a much sturdier handle than the original. It fit the bag I was trying to repair and cost much less than a replacement bag. The reason for the 3 stars is it was just wrapped in a plastic envelope with packing tape around it. There was a crack in the plastic where it mounts inside. I kept it because I am planning on using the bag soon and I just added another screw to secure it.

Vendor not interested in refunding

Watch before you purchase for it is difficult to get a refund. The product description sounded like it would work for the suite case but not even close to a fit as well as the picture. Keep emailing me that they will give me a discount instead of a full refund.
