This is the best from the Suddenly Salad bunch. I make this with a cup of mayonnaise instead of 1/2 cup and I add fresh tomato, onion, and green pepper. Sometimes I go crazy and add chicken. One box can easy make two meals for one person and it tastes just as good the next day.
