Probably better off w/ new flashlight.

Brighter than old bulb, but not brighter than modern AA powered led flashlights. For an extra $5-7 you can get a modern LED that's brighter. Maybe less for a multipack.

The instruction sheet, if you can call it that, was a tiny piece of paper (1.5 x 2.0 in) only showing pictures! It was ridiculous!
