My nephew is going to love this.

You can definitely tell that these are REALLY cheap. The star cover is a crappy plastic that cracks easily and the black-out paint scratches off easily as well. The base is made from slightly stronger plastic, but it feels about the same as the plastic used for Easter eggs. If the cover comes off at all, the lights and all of the electronics that power it are exposed so they can be damaged quickly if that happens. The battery compartment doesn't come off on the ones we got and I don't want to be more aggressive in trying to remove the panel because the tabs will likely snap right off. Luckily, these come with a power cord that you just hook up to a USB port, so you don't have to worry about that and you can tuck the cable behind a shelf or something. Even with the incredibly obvious cheapness of these lights, my kids love them. They're great for being simple and cheap nightlights, so if you don't mind the sort of things that I mentioned above, these are a decent choice; you don't have to worry about losing out on a bunch of money if the kids break it.
