This kit will convert your single exhaust system to a dual exhaust system with a Performance muffler and dual tail pipes on your 1983-2003 Ford F-150 applications. All Wheel Bases. 6 or 8 cyl. This Corner exit kit will come out under both corners of the rear bumper.
9 2.5 inch saddle clamps and 4 insulated rubber hangers
This kit has the standard size 2.5 inch O.D. tail pipes are included.
Higher flowing and longer lasting mandrel bend pipe is included.
The Slash Cut weld on tips are a chrome plated stainless steel 18" long and 3.5" round. They require a standard wire feed mig welder with regular mild steel wire. A special welder is not required.
The Full Line Glasspack consists of a Mild Steel body with a tightly packed core for the aggressive sound you are after. This line of glasspacks is proudly made in America!
Please note: This system is designed to replace your factory OEM exhaust starting from the inlet of the muffler back. YOU WILL NEED TO SUPPLY THE MUFFLER INLET ADAPTER. Please search Ebay item number: 304315262042 for a potential adapter solution. If your exhaust has been replaced or modified previously fabrication to the existing exhaust on your truck may be necessary for the proper installation of our kit.
Trucks with modified suspension or body lifts may also require fabrication of the exhaust or truck for the proper installation of our kit.
This kit is designed to fit All Wheel Bases. 6 or 8 cyl. GASOLINE ENGINES ONLY
