Have a 2013 F150 FX4 Ecoboost the previous owner lifted and added a LOT of aftermarket parts to - I appreciated so much that the part numbers were stamped and easy to locate on the upper control arms, which then made matching with replacement ball joints a breeze! When going through this process trying to figure out what the previous owner has installed themselves, I discovered previous owner didn't actually use the correct ball joints and that is the reason for the early failure and need to replace so soon. (Kind of scary). I'm both a woman and new to maintaining my own truck and I've not had the most support so I was a little intimidated expecting the worst and then pleasantly surprised at how easy it actually was to get exactly what I needed with no trouble! I did call to ask a few questions to make sure the information I had was correct and if the control arms needed RC parts or something else. Customer service treated me well, took me seriously, and answered all of my questions. I did further research to confirm what customer service told me and I found that RC parts are actually the only part that perfectly fits the RC upper control arms I have on the truck, although no one else told me that. RC has been the only honest company I've dealt with throughout the entire process and I appreciated it. Ordering/Paying was safe/secure and even the receipt is informative for my maintenance records. I received the parts promptly and the boxes were rugged enough and sealed well enough to handle the shipping without losing the smaller parts included. I appreciated that they didn't arrive in the flimsy almost paper-thin boxes some parts have arrived in from other manufacturers. Overall, doing business with RC has been easy, informative, honest, and the parts are of excellent quality and I've learned a lot. I will definitely be a repeat customer as I've reached mileage where replacing things is unavoidable. I'm going through the truck and doing what I can where I can. Now, to go replace them on my own to accomplish yet another task!
