Arrived w/ used or damaged crank handle! :(

Everything was in tip top shape. The crank handle to open and closed looked like it came from a resale shop like goodwill. Waiting for them to replace entire order or send a new crank handle. This one was pitted scratched and gouged. The rest is great and can easily be bolted to a deck without having to buy the stand. I have thrown away 20 year old umbrellas that had impeccable looking handles. Surely must be a mistake. Hmmm now Im wondering if this a return item that has been shipped to me. Not happy now... waiting to see what they will do to fix it as it is made by Costway. (Made in China) hmmmm waiting... Costway and Walmart were quick to get me to the right people to handle this. I wonder how long it will take to resolve this issue. The dogs are Leary of it hanging but it covers a lot of shade and sways with the breeze. Its nice but I expected it to be Brand new...? Discount please , return or exchange...? Will see how it goes....other than that I do like the thickness of the shade. Its steel poles (not aluminum) very sturdy but check it out fully when you buy. :)
