Tia Mowry 18 piece Dinnerware Set, Golden Blue

The first set we ordered came with a rough white blemish on the top of one plate and around the rim of one bowl, as well as one small plate, had been chipped on the bottom surface and they just glazed over the chips. The top surface of the plates were rough with little particles on them. We loved the pattern so much, so we decided to reorder the set and this time all pieces are smoother and no evident chips or blemishes. We are happy and would give 5/5 for the new set.
