I really enjoy this menudo, heat until boiling makes the hominy more tender. It beats the king process to cook from scratch %26 more so from paying an arm %26 a leg at a restaurant that adds water when running out giving you a bowl of lukewarm watery menudo... worse thing ever! The honeycomb one is even better with chunkier pieces of tripe. I recommend.
