I love Great Value cheeses they're really great value and they taste great. I keep different ones on hand all the time for nachos and various things that are quick to fix for a snack. Have some cheese and grapes or a hot summer day you can't beat it throwing some crackers there and some pepperoni and you got dinner we all love them heat busters.

as good as other brand brick style mozerella cheese. this isn't compared to fresh mozerella balls which is completely different but if you're wanting to make an Italian meal this is great! I use it when I make my zucchini lasagna for a low carb low calorie meal!
