Best sleep aid I've ever tried
I've tried maybe five sleep aids and this is far the best. In fact, I usually take half to two-thirds of a tablet. If I can sleep very late in the morning I'll take a whole tablet. Most nights I don't have any trouble if I wake up, though if I need to I am not groggy (unless I've had an entire tablet).
