Icon 15246 Neo-Angle Shower 90° Shower Surround Kit

From the beginning of purchase to the very end was a terrible experience. After purchasing and rereading the product description scrolling down further then I should have had to at the very bottom it states that it didn't come with the pan . In the picture it shows the pan with no indication that it was separate or with at least a note on the picture that it was compatible with one the merchant may have to sell as well . Several years ago that would have been false advertisement but since it's common these days it's ok . Right is right and wrong is wrong. No honor in sales it appears. I was supposed to receive it on the 5th . I called customer service when it wasn't delivered and was told it would be the 7th and still nothing so by the the 10th I asked for a refund. I got Walmart credit with many restrictions because I was told it would take up to 10 days to go back on my card . Bad decision on my part . It's the 14th and I still don't have a shower . I pulled out the old one thinking it would be delivered when they said it would be. Will not be ordering important items such as this one from this merchant or Walmart.com anymore. Lesson learned. I don't feel like the valued customer I'm told I am. I've bragged to several people about all the good experiences I've had so I had to be honest about this one.

Product came incomplete! I messaged the seller and never got a follow up response from them.
