Valentina, Black Label, Best Hot Sauce.

Valentina is the best hot sauce. Made in Guadalajara, from puya chiles, it is appropriately named after a female Mexican Revolutionary, Valentina Ramirez. I first had it in the mountains of Mexico. The extra hot or black label is favorful and our favorite. We used to be able to buy this in store, but it seems it's not carried in our store anymore which is disappointing. And we normally buy a much larger bottle and would like to see that easily available. Valentina is gluten free, but always check with the company for up to date information. It has been fine for us. Try it on popcorn also. Highly recommend this authentic hot sauce. We love it.

Thicker hot sauce with heat

This is one of the best value for money hot sauces you can get which is nice and thick and not too runny or watery like other hot sauces, and has a good amount of heat. Great on eggs, pizza or sandwiches (and tacos and burritos and stuff like that of course as well!)
