i cut up some chicken thighs and placed in the slow cooker, added this jar of sauce, and half a jar of water. turned on the slow cooker and cook on low for about 4 hours, maybe 6, i cant remember. anyways, it was easy, and it was really good, not spicy, not to much curry, jsut right.

This jar of sauce is pure magic. My dream is to replicate my favorite Indian dishes with my own twist. Patak's korma sauces have allowed me to transform some of my basic recipes into a beautiful and aromatic dish. This sauce makes a perfect base for simmering your favorite protein be it chicken, lamb, pork or tofu. Served over basmati rice is pure heaven. Great for a quick and easy meal! I cook onions, bell peppers, and chicken then add this sauce. It's good with frozen peas and carrot mix, too. Serve on rice. Then boom, dinners done! Easy peasy! Tastes like a sweet coconut milk sauce with some mild spices. If you like it spicy, you'll have to add some heat to it, it's very mild. But yummy.
