I do not want to keep this order or try to sell it. There is a defect and I've already had to purchase replacements. A $6 credit on a $64.96 order that had a defect is not equitable. I did not anticipate this to be a back and forth negotiation with a seller through Walmart, and it seems like your company is trying to avoid refunding the amount the customer paid for defective manufactured item received. Walmart finally initiated a credit on 3/11/25, but it took over a month and more follow up until I received a credit for this transaction. Horrible experience.
