Tasty, healthier bread

I just purchased my first loaf of this bread and it tastes better than I'd hoped! Lately I've noticed I have some sort of allergic reaction to certain foods and it makes me cough or even feel as though my throat is swelling. This did not bother me at all plus I noticed it was very satisfying and filling. It's nutty, dense and delicious. So happy I tried this and will definitely be making this a staple in our home.
