This Product Has Been Designed and Manufactured For Use Only As A Pet Tie Out and Only Under The Following Conditions: That Your Pet's Weight Does Not Exceed The Weight Range Shown On The Package. That You Do Not Use The Tie Out to Walk Your Pet. That You Do Not Exceed The Working Load Limit Shown On The Label. That You Do Not Use This Product to Tie Out Pets With Aggressive Unruly Or Excitable Behavior Or Pets That Resist Being Tied, That You First Attach The End Snap A Ring, Screw Eye, Or Other Device That Will Keep The Tie Out In A Straight Line Pull Before Attaching The Other End to Your Pet. That You Do Not Wrap The Tie Out Around A Tree Post Or Other Object and Snap It Onto Itself, That You Do Not Use Any Tie Out That Has Signs of Distortion, Wear Or Corrosion In Either The Chain Or Fittings, That You Do Not Use This Product If There Is Any Question As to The Potential For Bodily Harm Or Property Damage
