IT IS A GREAT CHAIR FOR THE WORK I DO AT MY DESK, AND IT IS ADJUSTABLE FOR MY WORK BENCH WHICH IS HIGHER. THE ONLY THING I WOULD ADD IS LOCK WASHERS FOR THE SCREWS TO MAKE SURE THEY DON'T COME LOOSE.
