Exceptional time went into the design of this aspirator it has two size heads for those with a smaller cavity the Wi-Fi hookup is a A and is an added bonus to look for a possible obstruction quiet operation did not startle the newborn at all and unlike the manual ones it did not take her breath away and there was no discomfort to the baby at all. Great product well designed and it was designed with the Infant in mind A

Good aspirator and easy to use

I just received this aspirator today and used it after I charged it fully. The device has three settings and the third is pretty strong, but gentle if that makes sense. After spraying some saline to loosen the secretions, it did exactly as it was advertised and it was easy to use and clean. I actually own another for my first son and it is comparable in strength. The only two things I didn't like were the start button, which I had to keep compressed in order for it to work. If I'm struggling against a baby fighting me while using the device, it might be hard to keep the button depressed. Also wasn't a fan of the camera as it's in an odd location and I can't suction and see inside. It's one or the other. Overall it's a good buy, in that it was easy to use and easy to clean the reservoir chamber. However, I do wish it came with a carrying case.

It's a yes for me - easy to clean

Worked good for my baby. I used this with saline nose spray to suck it out. The suction was good and it did its job. I'd recommend this nose suction also if your baby has a runny nose. I like this rather than wiping bc tissue makes my baby's nose sore from the constant wiping. It's also easy to clean.
