Straight Talk Samsung Galaxy A54, 5G, 128GB, Black - Prepaid Smartphone

I like the phone. I had an existing Samsung phone %26 Straight Talk plan and just wanted to update. I was expecting the phone to come in the green Straight Talk box with activation instructions, etc. It didn't. It came from the seller that shipped in prior opened Samsung box. No setup instructions, manual, SIM card. It said box contained SIM ejection pin but that was missing. Directed you to Samsung website for info %26 manual. It was easy to transfer data from the old phone to tge new phone using the usb-usb cable. I had saved the SIM ejection pin %26 was able to transfer my old SIM to new phone. But then you need a separate phone to call Straight Talk support %26 activate your new phone. It probably would be easier to purchase a new SIM card.

if you buy any phone for online pick-up, immediately go inside the store and have the phone activated. Today's pick-up was aggravating, i went ti customer service, then they sent me to electronics to wait in a long line , to be told go back to customer service they cant do it there in electronics. Back to customer service and ask for a manager that time, who proceeds to tell me that a meeting yesterday said electronics had to do it especially with phone's. i told them someone missed the memo, i need someone to fix this. A nice older woman in customer service said i can do it if the manager ok'ed it. took an hour but thankfully they got it right for me.
