The chandelier is lovely and that is why I am extremely disappointed that it did not include assembly instructions. It did come with two different wiring diagrams. I tried to put it together using the website pictures and was unsuccessful. I sent a plea for help e-mail and was told a Woodbridge/Wayfair rep would contact me within 24 hours. That was five days ago. I sent a follow up e-mail still nothing. Maybe 1 star is more appropriate.
