Equate One Daily Men's Multivitamin/Multimineral Supplement Tablets, 200 Count, Compare to One a Day® Men's

These are the BEST Men's multi vitamins in the business EVEN BETTER THAN THE ONE A DAY MEN'S VITAMINS in my opinion!! The reason why I write this is because they are basically the SAME vitamin AT A FRACTION OF THE PRICE for the Equate brand!! Having bought %26 now used both the One A Day %26 now the Equate, I can tell you that the vitamins basically look the same and after a casual glance at the vitamin and mineral percentages on the back of each bottle it appeared to me that the percentages of each vitamin and mineral was the same!! Don't quote me on that - I didn't carefully study it but the reason why you are paying more for the One A Day Men's is for the advertising you see on TV, print, and on the internet. Equate will be my only way to go for now and the future unless they raise their prices above One A Day Men's or other brands for a similar product but so far I am VERY HAPPY with Equate!! As far as feeling goes with the Equate multi, I've noticed no difference %26 am feeling great!! I'm sure the Equate brand bears a lot of integrity in putting out a good product to the public at a reasonable price. They are probably used to incorporating a lot of good vitamins and minerals in this multi vitamin. Ingesting this multi is easy, make sure you take a full glass of water or juice with it. I believe there is some zinc in it. Thank you Equate and Walmart!!
