OVEN (Preferred Method): Preheat oven to 400°F. 2. Place SAUCE pouches in a bowl of warm water to thaw. 3. Open bag of tempura chicken and empty into an oven-safe container. 4. Bake uncovered for 17-19 minutes. 5. Open SAUCE pouches. Stir in sauce with chicken. 6. Bake for 2-3 additional minutes or until hot**. PAN FRY: 1. Place SAUCE pouches in a bowl of warm water to thaw. 2. Add 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil and tempura chicken to skillet or wok. Heat on MEDIUM for 2 minutes. 3. Cover and cook for 6 additional minutes with occasional stirring. 4. Open SAUCE pouches. Stir in sauce with tempura chicken and heat 2 additional minutes or until hot**. AIR FRY: 1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F. 2. Open bag of tempura chicken and add to air fryer. 3. Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until hot**, shaking or turning halfway through. 4. Open SAUCE pouches into a microwave-safe container. 5. Microwave for 2 minutes, take out of microwave, stir, and microwave for 30 seconds, or until hot**. 6. Stir in sauce with chicken. MICROWAVE: 1. Place SAUCE pouches in a bowl of warm water to thaw. 2. Open bag of chicken and empty into a microwave-safe container. 3. Microwave on HIGH, uncovered for 3 minutes. 4. Open SAUCE pouches. Stir in sauce with chicken. Heat for 2 additional minutes or until hot** **Internal temperature should be 165°F for at least 15 seconds. These instructions are guidelines only since individual cooking equipment varies in temperature.

So this is my first review, this is something I order in bulk. For me its good. Chicken tastes better than Tyson brand in my opinion. When warmed up the sauce isnt thick like people say either. People are pouring the almost frozen sauce on and calling it a day. The sauce however is very sticky. The sauce is perfectly spicy.

I'm so addicted to this..its mainly the general tso sauce that has my thumbs-up. It's pretty hot but tasty. At 1 time i think innovation had a teriyaki chicken so i would mix the sauce from that with the general tso sauce to cut down on the heat. Since I cant find the teriyaki anymore, i buy teriyaki marinade to mix with the Tso sauce. In the Innovasion there is waay more sauce than needed so when i get enough of a sauce mix, I buy less expensive chicken nuggets to use with the sauce mix.
