It has a unique taste. Tastes to me like carbonated iced tea made with a very mild tea and lots of lemon-like sourness and sugar. Carbonation is about average. About like any mainstream soda. It does go well with Spanish or Spanish-inspired food. I really like it, and even a large bottle doesn't last long.
