You will need: ⅔ cup milk and 1 egg.Perfect Cornbread:It's as easy as...1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Grease muffin pan, com stick mold, or a 6 or 8-inch pan (preheat pans or mold for crispy cornbread).2. Empty mix into bowl, add 1 egg and about 2/3 cup milk, stir to make smooth, free-pouring batter. Note: If you like sweet cornbread add sugar to taste.3. Bake until browned to your liking, about 20 minutes for corn muffins and com sticks or 25 minutes for cornbread. Makes 6–8 muffins, 8–10 corn sticks, or one 6 or 8-inch pan.
