Hi Beloved! This is gonna be an HONEST REVIEW. I gave 5 stars solely based on the fact that I was able to have this product shipped within 24 hrs. and received it before the noon hr. as for the product it's self it was disappointing, however, it did the job.... barely. I didn't remember this product being so weak with flavor. I used Necafe coffee, the single packets that come 6packets to a box. I used a normal sized coffee mug, and when I tell you I had to use 11 packets just to get flavor.... RIDICULOUS! I remember being able to used this product for flavor without using extra sugar! Gone are the good ole days y'all. Now, I figured out how to make this little situation work in my favor. I now use only half of the Necafe packets and about 3 of the coffee creamer packs and I can get an 'ok' cup of coffee. I am Not a Professional coffee drinker, however, there are seasons in which I feel I need it and apparently, I'm in one of those seasons right now. I said that I would recommend this product and I would. In fact, I just put in an order for another box to be shipped. Sometimes it's all about Convenience and not so much about quality.
