I am a 1 package of cigarettes smoker, and i tried a lot of thing for stop smoking without result. i started this and the next day i was craving for smoke, so i got the e-cigarete, but on my 3 day i was not crazy about wanted to smoke. i still using the pach and the e-cigarete but not real cigarette. i have 3 more weeks until i finish the 6 weeks of this paches. but all my family is happy to see me not smoke more.
