One of my coworkers introduce this one to me. I've tried many cold sore remedies, however this one is the most efficient and the strongest one. I couldn't find it in CVS or other pharmacies. Walmart online rocks!

I'm not sure if it has cut the healing process by any days. but it definitely has kept the redness away and it hasn't been as noticeable. I had a cold sore pop up on Tuesday with no signs of tingle or soreness, its now friday and its in the scabbing stage. I had purchased this product a while ago b/c im always looking for new products to try because nothing I have used before has worked. not abreva, nexcare or any of those expensive over the counter creams. it definitely drys it out. its kept my cold sore from getting as big as it normally does. it burns when you first apply but it does take away the pain and redness. normally I can feel my cold sore every second it is there. apllying this product throughout the days has actually made me forget it was there. and its barely noticeable. this has definitley worked better than those $20.00 creams that have done nothing!
