I've been using this on my hair since they started making it and I love it. I tell dry my hair and then squeeze some of this just in the palm of your hand about the size of a quarter and run it with your fingers all through your hair, blow dry if you desire and style, if you're going for the Bed Head or the Beachy type look this is your product! lasts all day and sometimes longer.
