number one about this is you buy this to make it and that's what you want but there's also you can make it your own do your own thing put your own ingredients into it and just this past holidays everybody ate it I didn't get any for myself LOL so it is good as a product that it is

Taste is definitely Turkey and it is not too salty (your Chicken stuffing is too salty for me). It is more like home made than some other stuffings I tried therefore I keep buying yours when I want stuffing. I do add a bit more moisture to it to get the consistency our family likes, the seasonings are very similar to my home made stuffing which is a Plus and the onions are not over bearing - if you want it is easy to add your own touches but just fine as is. Easy and quick to make, if I have low or no salt chicken broth on hand I will use that for a bit more flavor rather then water but water is good and doesn't dilute the stuffing taste. The biggest Plus is the Cost, it is super budget friendly (5*****} and because of that I have lived with the CONS below. CONS: The dehydrated celery usually does not reconstitute very well at all and stays hard like little sticks. I have to remove as many as I can. PLEASE can you use dehydrated celery that turns into nice soft celery? You do get some flavor from the celery even if it is not a desirable texture. I have even made it a day early and as mentioned above added more moisture but the celery did not soften and still says Hard. This is my only complaint.
