Near East® Tabouleh Whole Grain Salad Mix 5.2 oz. Box

This mix is the bais for a good tabouhleh salad howver you need to add 1 to 2 cups of chopped parsley, a cup of diced tomatoes, and 1 cup diced cucumber plus olive oil, lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste. Go a little light on the hot water with the dry mix as olive oil and lemon juice add fluid. You can add other spices as well. Mint and cinnamon are good.

I have been buying this product for several years but Wal-Mart quit carrying it in my store so I have to order it. Wal_Mart needs better packers - the boxes were smashed and bent but the contents didn't spill out. The product itself is something I like and use on a regular basis. I just wish I could buy it in-store so that I won't have to deal with any more poorly packed boxes.
