I have been using Bioflex for at least 5 years. I used to have problems with pain in my knees. After a couple months of using Bioflex, they started to feel better..Now i have no pain at all.... Give it a try. Use it for a month or two because it takes a little while for you to start feeling the benefits of it....

Great supplement for joints

I've used many supplements for my severe arthritis joint problems, and I actually had noticeable relief with this product. I deal with stiffness, pain and swelling with joints. I noticed better flexibility and less time each morning trying to "ease the pain and stiffness." The caplets are easy to take and don't cause upset stomach.
