How did I not know about this sooner. This so versatile! I cut it up and add to salads. We are all looking to save money and get creative meals we and our family look forward to eating. Also add some of the chicken pieces to leftover rice with some seasonings, (optional: add onions, green peppers) and gently toss together with lightly oiled or Pam sprayed (or Great Value brand oil sprays are also excellent)into fry pan for a kind of homemade "Chinese take out"! Trust me, it is yummy. My one regret is for a larger bag...maybe the company is listening. Yum...Bigger bag=and more of that good chicken. lol

excellent quality and quantity easy to prepare open and drop in to pan I added red yellow and green bell peppers and onion and made burritos. They were absolutely delicious, total cook time to table 20 mins prep time to 12 minutes and 8 minutes to cook. I like my bell peppers a little crunchy cook a little longer if you like yours softer.
