I always prefer to make my doughs from scratch but this dough mix is a good substitute. It's quick and easy, a real time saver. It gives consistently good results.. Taste, texture, workability are constantly good. For all these reasons and a reasonable price for the convenience, it's a great value. These are very delicious, yummy buttery flavor and the perfect texture. I did 18 balls and they were still pretty big. I have never tried dry mix before, I've only used refrigerated or home made but these taste wonderful! Baked at 350, on parchment paper for 12 minutes.
