I'm sold on bump caps!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Working in the freight business, I've hit my head on decking beams and forklift cages more times than I care to admit. While this insert won't prevent impacts to your head, it will definitely help to soften the blow! I'm using it in my mesh back Ergodyne ball cap (naturally). I trimmed the material off of the bottom per the included instructions. It was easy setting it inside of the hat and holds in place well with the sweat band. It is comfortable for all day wear but slightly less than that of a hat with no insert. It is very worth the affordable price for the protection it provides in my opinion. I will continue to wear mine daily and buy some more in the future. The next time my head meets the bottom side of a hard object I'll be glad I did!
