Strawberry Cheesecake flavor - Quick and easy and oh so good! I did the mini-muffin version and the only thing I would say is that according to the package it makes 18 mini muffins (filling the cups 2/3 of the way) - it did not. It made an even 12. Fresh, moist, the little bits of strawberry give it a nice texture. Will buy again and try some of the other flavors.
