Barilla Lasagne isn't Brittle

Often when I purchase lasagna pasta, there are broken lengths that are rather messy to work with. Barilla's boxed lasagne noodles were whole—all of them. Instead of boiling them, I place them in a long, glass pan and cover them with broth, sliding them in the oven as it is preheating. By the time I'm ready to assemble, the noodles are flexible and not a bit overdone. This means the finished lasagna turns out with the perfect amount of moisture, not a puddle of water in the bottom of the pan or on your plate.

Barilla Lasagne is Great

Barilla Lasagne Pasta is really a great pasta to make a delicious Lasagna dish. The noodles come in the perfect size. It cooked in the perfect time I would say 8-10 minutes . It didn't take too long to get that perfect al Dente texture not mushy or starchy. While building the lasagna layer by layer, the pasta held up beautifully without ripping apart like others. It alsa absorbed the sauces perfectly giving every bite so much flavor. My family absolutely loved it and we highly recommend it. Don't sleep on this amazing product. You won't regret it

Barilla consistently delivers great products

Here's the deal. This product is fantastic. If you're used to using traditional flat lasagne noodles you need to give these wavy ones a try. They allow the flavors to meld together like tasty magic throughout the dish. They're also just the right thickness for a larger casserole dish like lasagne but also work for something like a rollup.
