I will forever stay recommending Glamnetic nails to everyone. I am a nail biter and my nail beds are already short as it is. Since wearing them, my nails have grown so much. I won't lie, sometimes between sets if I don't have a new one right away I end up biting my nails and even so, with short nubby nails, these still stay on up to 2 weeks. Usually when I get my nails professionally done while short, they don't adhere well but I've never had a problem with Glamnetic. Also, I'm my own nail tech when I put these on so I don't have to worry about the judgmental looks I get for how bad my nails are bitten sometimes.
