Still the same great Chili. Great with crackers. Been eating this all my life since a little boy, and I'm now mid-70s. Hormel quality has been around a long time, and I always return to their products over others. Or make a simple family meal time casserole with 2 cans of chili in an 8 x 8 casserole dish, 1 cup of grated cheese on top of the chili, and a 6 oz pouch of Martha White Cotton Country Buttermilk Cornbread mixed up just like you were making cornbread on top of all that. Cooks to done in about 30 minutes in a 375° oven. Serve warm with a dab of sour cream on top if you like. Easy. Inexpensive. Good stuff.

Great but...

The best chili I have ever bought. I have eaten it for many years. However, in the past month I began eating Hormel TURKEY chili and have now come to prefer it over the regular beef chili. There are fewer beans and there is a lot less turkey than there was beef, and the taste is milder, but it is healthier, better for me than the regular chili. If you're watching your weight or have health concerns in general, try turkey chili a few times and you might actually prefer it as well.

GREAT PRODUCT

This is as close as you can get to homemade when you don't have the time to make chili from scratch. The nutritional values are great and are "healthy" compared to some processed foods. It's a great product to keep in the cupboard when you want a quick, hot, steaming bowl of chili on a cold evening.
